Martin J. Kaplan, M.D.

Dr. Martin Kaplan is a native of Gary, Indiana. In 1965, he received his B.S. from Indiana University, Bloomington, and in 1969, earned his M.D. at Indiana University, Bloomington. Dr. Kaplan spent two years in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. In 1979, Dr. Kaplan completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Illinois University, Chicago. Upon completion of his residency, he started his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Illinois University which he completed in 1981. Dr. Kaplan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.

Dr. Kaplan and his wife, Linda, have three children, Andrew, Leah, and Samuel.
