Warren C. Hauck, M.D.

Dr. Warren Hauck is a native of Columbus, Indiana. He received his B.A. in Chemistry in 1972, and earned his M.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1976. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine, 1979, and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis in 1981. Dr. Hauck is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.

Dr. Hauck and his wife, Jackie, have three children, Wendi, Audra, and Matthew.
